What does Quality mean and how does it affect and benefit you?
Anyone can just make a Web Page that "Just gets the job done" But what about getting the job done right and with style. What about something that is functional and makes people want to come back over and over again.
Don't you want the client or customer to come back? ... Of course you do.
Just cause you are a customer that does not have a big budget compared to a big company doesn't mean you should be treated any differently. You are just as valuable to me as the next person who wants something done.
